Bayo Vista

Collaboration with client for a complete remodel of lower floor. Phase One included new flooring throughout, new paint, and complete demolition and reimagining of kitchen. Provided the client with drawings/layouts, new color palette, sourcing of products and finishes and specifying new furnishings. The new kitchen includes custom cabinets, new island, floating shelving, quartz counters, tile backsplash and new hardware and finishes throughout. New front room furnishings were also included.

Phase Two will include finalizing new furnishings, new entryway and some exterior spaces.
