The renovation of this older 3 bed, 2 bath cottage began as a full indoor / outdoor upgrade to prep for resale. Midway through the renovation the client chose to stay in the home! Updates included refinishing of hardwood floors, new interior paint, updated kitchen hardware and fixtures and paint, updated baths with new vanities and all new fixtures and finishes, new lighting throughout and a complete refresh of the backyard office. The upgrades helped to retain the charm of the home but gave it a modern cottage feel.

Exterior upgrades included a new paint scheme, new lighting, refinishing of decks, new walkway, upgraded fencing, and all new landscaping. Project involved heavy management of scope, multiple trades, budget and schedule.
