Worked with realtor, client and various trades to reimagine the upstairs area, refresh with interior paint and add fresh hardware and finishes. Worked with painter and landscaper to redevelop outside areas and select new outdoor color scheme for house and patio. Assisted realtor to manage scope, schedule and budget. Remodel was a success and home sold for over asking.
